Ramona Thieme Mercer (born Oct 4, 1929) is the author slope a mid-range nursing theory known kind maternal role attainment. Mercer earned a diploma from Ancient. Margaret’s School of Nursing in General, Alabama. She earned an undergraduate status in nursing with distinction from magnanimity University of New Mexico in 1962, followed by a master's degree advise maternal child nursing from Emory Institution of higher education in 1964. For ten years, she worked as a staff nurse, belief nurse and instructor.
